Good Grief

Thursdays, May 2 – June 6 from 1PM-3PM

Good Grief is a 6-week, Christ-centered support group meeting based on the book by Granger Westberg and the workbook/journal created by Chaplain Cecil Fike. Using the themes from the workbook, we share our stories together as we learn how to manage this journey that we call grief. Included in our time will be such topics as: The Process and Tasks of Grieving, The Individual Factors of Your Grief, Dealing with Sudden Death, and Facing Holidays and Special Anniversaries.
