Can I view my contributions/giving?

  Yes, you can access your contributions, as well as your contributions statements for the current year and past year HERE.

 

Why can't I access my account with my login?

If it has been more than 2 years since you have used your Portal account, than your account access may have been deactivated.  Please complete a request for a new account HERE.

 

What forms of payment does this website accept?

VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and ACH Bank Draft (Check).  Some Prepaid/Gift Cards will not work with our system.


How do I get a login?

You can register for a new account.  Click on "Click to Login" at the top of the screen.  Then click on Register at the bottom.  You will need to complete the online registration form, and click Register again to submit your request.  All new account requests are reviewed and finalized within 2 business days.  If you require access sooner, please click here to request a rapid approval.


I can't remember my user name?

Click on "Click to log in" at the top of the screen.  Then click on the "Forgot User Name" button. You will be prompted to enter your email address. Click Submit.  You will be emailed your user name. If there is more than 1 user name in your household you will receive all of them. Please Note* Using the "Forgot User Name" button ONLY sends your user name(s)... it does not send a password!


I can't remember my password?

Click on "Click To Login" at the top of the screen.  Then click on the "Forgot Password" button. You will be prompted to enter your email address and user name.  Click Submit. 

You will be emailed a TEMPORARY password. When you log into the website with the temporary password, the screen will display a message that your password has EXPIRED.  It will show you 2 blank boxes.  You will enter a NEW password, of your picking, into those spaces (same password, in both boxes).  Passwords are case sensitive, so whether you are entering your temporary password, or a new password, please make sure that you are using correct capitalization.

Clicking on the "Forgot Password" button multiple times, will reset your Password Multiple times, so only click Submit Once.

                            

Why isn't there a Church Directory?

Due to changes in Privacy Laws, and because we value our congregants' information and hold it in trust, there currently is no Church Directory. If you are looking for contact information for a staff member, please click here.  If you are in need of contact information for a member of our congregation, please reach out to your ministry contact, or you may call the church office at (352) 750-4529.

 

I am locked out of my account, what can I do?

I've moved, can I change my address with the church online?

Yes, as long as you have a Portal account.  Login and look for "My Account" in the menu, and click on it.  Next, click on "My Information." Here you will be able to make changes to your: Address(es), Phone Number(s), Email(s) Birth Date, Marital Status, and Gender.  When finished, scroll to the bottom of the screen , and click "Submit."
