What forms of payment does this website accept?

VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and ACH Bank Draft (Check).  Some Prepaid/Gift Cards will not work with our system.


How do I get a login?

You can register for a new account.  Click on "Click to Login" at the top of the screen.  Then click on Register at the bottom.  You will need to complete the online registration form, and click Register again to submit your request.  You will have immediate "limited access" to your account, which is sufficient for Online Giving, Payments, and Registrations.  Full access, such as access to the Church Directory, is reviewed and finalized within 48 hours.  If you require access quicker than the 48 hour processing time frame, then you can contact Dawn Chadwick, Technology Support Coordinator, at the church: (352) 750-4529 ext.262 or dchadwick@ncumcfl.com.


I can't remember my user name?

Click on "Click to log in" at the top of the screen.  Then click on the "Forgot User Name" button. You will be prompted to enter your email address. Click Submit.  You will be emailed your user name. If there is more than 1 user name in your household you will receive all of them. Please Note* Using the "Forgot User Name" button ONLY sends your user name(s)... it does not send a password!


I can't remember my password?

Click on "Click To Login" at the top of the screen.  Then click on the "Forgot Password" button. You will be prompted to enter your email address and user name.  Click Submit. 

You will be emailed a TEMPORARY password. When you log into the website with the temporary password, the screen will display a message that your password has EXPIRED.  It will show you 2 blank boxes.  You will enter a NEW password, of your picking, into those spaces (same password, in both boxes).  Passwords are case sensitive, so whether you are entering your temporary password, or a new password, please make sure that you are using correct capitalization.

Clicking on the "Forgot Password" button multiple times, will reset your Password Multiple times, so only click Submit Once.

                            

How do I view the Church Directory?

You need an approved account to view the Church Directory.  Once logged in, you can click on the Church Directory icon, located on the homepage, or the Church Directory menu item at the top of the page.  Our church directory is set up to be searched by first and/or last name.  If you do not wish to have your information listed in the directory, you may opt-out by contacting Dawn Chadwick, Technology Support Coordinator, at the church: (352) 750-4529 ext.262 or dchadwick@ncumcfl.com.

I've moved, can I change my address with the church online?

Yes, as long as you have a Portal account.  Login and look for "My Account" in the menu, and click on it.  Next, click on "My Information." Here you will be able to make changes to your: Address(es), Phone Number(s), Email(s) Birth Date, Marital Status, and Gender.  When finished, scroll to the bottom of the screen , and click "Submit."
